The article discusses the philosophical understanding of the project of Paideia Plato. The work presents the system of division of labor and duties in the state, its goals and the best option of their achievements. The article analyzes the pedagogical procedures proposed by Plato in accordance with the various tasks in different classes. The attention is also directed to using certain disciplines for education and training by focusing on independent thinking.
